The community has no separate covenants or restrictions beyond AA County regulations. All community forms and information are available on-line for residents. About the house

The house is very bright inside with multiple skylights, four double French doors, and glass windows along the front of the "A" Frame over the living room.

A large wraparound porch faces South, with a shaded porch outback for hot days. The upstairs bedroom has its own private balcony as well, which is a great place for morning coffee.

The inside is brightly painted, in a Beach house style, with hardwoods floors throughout.

The house was mostly gutted and remodeled in 2006. The bathrooms were demolished to the sub-flooring and completely replaced.
